Support for Every Journey
What do we do?
Based on our extensive experience of working with people with additional needs, as well as supporting their families, we recognised a need for flexible support outside the home. That is why we created a service that helps individuals access their community, enjoy meaningful activities, and build independence.
We provide compassionate, reliable personal assistance for individuals with special needs, helping them enjoy safe and meaningful access to their local community. From attending appointments and shopping trips to social outings and recreational activities, our person-centred support promotes independence, confidence, and inclusion while ensuring every individual feels valued and supported.for young adults and adults with disabilities and additional needs across Northampton and Northamptonshire.

Our Mission
Our mission is to empower people with additional needs to build confidence, develop independence, and live fulfilling lives through person-centred, community-based support. We are committed to equality, diversity, and inclusion, treating everyone with dignity, respect, and compassion while celebrating their unique strengths, abilities, and aspirations.

Community connections
We help people find meaningful connections within their community, whether through volunteering, attending social events, or meeting new friends.

Support with fulfilling your hobbies
Whether you enjoy the gym, cinema, dance, horse riding, or any other hobby, we’ll support you to take part and enjoy the activities that matter to you.

My name is Vendula and I'm truly passionate about helping others feel supported, valued and able to live meaningful lives. For over 10 years I've worked in health and social care where I've had privilege of supporting people with a wide range of needs, including those living with brain injuries. I hold NVQ2 in Health and Social Care.
I believe in treating every person as an individual, taking the time to understand what matters most to them - their goals, preferences and what makes them feel comfortable and confident. Being compassionate and patient is at the heart of everything I do and I always aim to create a safe and positive environment for the people I support.
Helping others build independence, grow in confidence and improve their quality of life is what motivates me every day and it is something I genuinely care deeply about.
Hello, I'm Joanna. I'm HCPC registered Music Therapist and I also hold NVQ3 in Health and Social Care.
With over 15 years of experience as a Support and Care Worker and 5 years of experience running my own music therapy services, I have worked with children and adults with a wide range of needs, including learning difficulties and disabilities, autism and neurological conditions.
I am passionate about working with individuals with additional needs, driven by a genuine commitment to making a positive difference in people's lives. I believe that every person deserves to be understood, supported and empowered to reach their full potential, regardless of the challenges they may face. Whether providing practical support, encouragement or simply a listening ear, I aim to create a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can grow in confidence and independence.
Working in this field is more than just a profession to me - it is a purpose.
